Bulk email marketing

Yahoo! Mail… Modern Marvel?

In Yahoo mail,I regularly receive a mail in “Bulk” box.The ‘sender’ indicates my mail ID itself.I did not send such mail to any body.I checked my “Sent items”box and Could not see any such messages sent from my ID.(Since it is suspected as spam or virus I did’nt open the mail).What does it mean ?. How it is happening ?- Is some body using my mail ID to send such mails ?.How can I prevent it.Is it possible for another person to open new e-mail ID with an existing ID or pass code in yahoo.? .Help me to resolve this – Plz..

I have email in my bulk email and the sender shows up as my email address.WTF?

In other words, the computer won’t let it get into my bulk mail but it gets into my e-mail. why doesn’t the spam guard stop it from getting into my email?

I have a work account and before it was fine to email clients with a yahoo account, but recently, all my work emails go into other people’s bulk mail accounts, even people I emailed with regularly before. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

On my desktop, bulk or junk mail comes to me pre-sorted in a separate file. On my blackberry, I get everything – which clogs up my phone. Hope someone knows how to fix. Also, is there a way to actually talk to someone at Yahoo about these kind of things?

Is this spam or junk mail? I did not recognize the sender, but the email contained information that pertained to me. Anyone know what this might?

It was spam, but not sent by me. How does someone get a hold of my email address and use it for spam? How can I stop this from happening?

i got an email in my bulk folder stating i had won a large sum of money . i called south africa with the number in the mail and the guy told me to send him an email with these numbers that i was also provided with. i am pretty suspicious, but just wondering if anyone else received this email.

I would like to be out of the Junk mail list. Please mail me a feedback on how do I get rid of the junk mail. Recently, I am receiving a lot of them.
