Email blast to promote products – what are the best ways to make my blast successful.

I have a niche website that has 13,000 subscribers. An advertising agency has contacted me wanting to use my subscriber list to send out an email blast. I don’t want to rent or sell my email list as it is against my privacy policy but I am open to sending out their blast myself.

What is a targeted list of 13,000 subscribers worth?

I am trying to create an HTML Email to be sent out using my Mail program for Mac OS X. I have the HTML type ready, what’s next?

I have been running a small property management company and want to take it to the next level. I do relocation services as well and a separate rental service. I would like to start a newsletter style email blast to 1500 brokers in my area. What would you want to see in it, what would capture your attenton?

Any suggestions for a catchy subject line?

I’m not going to put these replies in there, but I just need to know how to do an “email blast” like a mass email message to everyone in my address book.

I saw the option that said email blast once but now it won’t appear anymore. I need to contact all my site members so is there anyway to do that without sending one pm at a time?
because not every one will see it and i didnt ask what to do instead i want know how to send out an email to all site members

Our company has an email list from an event we held last year. The email list was from people who registered online or via faxed form for the event, but we neglected to include an “opt-in” check box for future emails.

Are we allowed to send a one-time email blast out to those people (with opt-out information in the email) for the same event this year without being considered spammers?

Please provide any links to interstate emailing rules that you can cite. Thank you!
