Bulk email marketing

I am systems administrator and i would like to get a software that we will email me instantly if a paticular program runs because i am being faced by a problem where by some people put keyloggers on my network and get other peoples password for their repective emails. So i want that software where by whenever that particular keylogger runs it notifies me via email. Thanks

Is there a program/software that tells what websites your email is registered to? (I am cleaning out my email from useless things). There is so many things I registered for but I cannot remember all of them. I remember being registered to so much more.

A hostile person, but I need to communicate with him. To be on the safe side, what’s the worst he can do after knowing my IP (using the “Show All Headers” option in email settings)? Hack my PC? Blast my IP all over certain places and have others try to hack my PC?
Some clarifications:

* I’m not committing a crime. I received **** mail from someone after a post of mine in a forum (about politics).

* I’m not concerned about physical threats, only about the security of my PC and data. I have important files (as we all do), e.g. family photos, word fils I’ve worked on, etc.

The consensus is apparently that my personal IP will not be exposed, is that correct?

I want software (or plugin for Outlook/Entourage) to allow me to control spam emails. I’d like to be able to add senders to an approved list. If the sender is not on the approved list, they receive an automatic “reply email” requesting that they type in a verification code shown in a graphic. This allows the original message to be received but blocks automatic senders who don’t reply with the verification code. Sender may still be added to a blocked list at the user’s discretion.

I use tough passwords which are impossible to guess that sometimes I forget myself. I suspect someone may be hacking my email. I use cyber cafes cause I do not have a PC, so I use different comps since I started browsing. Help me with knowledge pliz.

I have a mail server for domain jolfa.com. When I send email from my account there massood_sam@jolfa.com to my yahoo account it goes to bulk folder. Is there any black list for yahoo that keeps the record of a domain. If so how can I remove my mail server from that list. mail.jolfa..com is not listed in ORDB database.

Its hotmail !!! All my contacts would get email messages (usually with attachments) that I never sent. I never had a second thought. But yesterday, I checked my sent mails to find like 50 or so sent “bulk messages” I never sent !!!! and all of those were sent to people in my contact list.
Help me.
