Bulk email marketing

I use tough passwords which are impossible to guess that sometimes I forget myself. I suspect someone may be hacking my email. I use cyber cafes cause I do not have a PC, so I use different comps since I started browsing. Help me with knowledge pliz.

I have a mail server for domain jolfa.com. When I send email from my account there massood_sam@jolfa.com to my yahoo account it goes to bulk folder. Is there any black list for yahoo that keeps the record of a domain. If so how can I remove my mail server from that list. mail.jolfa..com is not listed in ORDB database.

Its hotmail !!! All my contacts would get email messages (usually with attachments) that I never sent. I never had a second thought. But yesterday, I checked my sent mails to find like 50 or so sent “bulk messages” I never sent !!!! and all of those were sent to people in my contact list.
Help me.

My company sends email blasts to people often and recently (sometime in Feb or March) the data in those emails does not fully print or load for people using IE and Outlook. What changed?

I have 2 addresses-one with Verizon cause I have thier DSL-but they only have room for blocking 50 senders. Yahoo has 500, but I am getting tired of deleting 20 bulk messages/day-let alone transferring the domains to the block list. (Obviously I am a rookie)I realize that I’ll have to alert ALL the important contacts-is there an easier way out?

I forgot my email password. And i don’t want to go through all the trouble of getting it sent to another email, i really need to log into my email now, so could i give someone the username and they figure it out?

At work, we have various email list for projects. We occasionally receive request from stranger to subscribe to our email list.
are they trying to hack into my system?

Regarding secuity, is Windows a victim of its marketing success or is there another OS out there that would have done a better job keeping the world secure if everyone was trying to hack it too?

I rcvd hundreds of bulk e=mails every day and every day I send them to spam and the more I do this the more the keep coming can somebody tell me what to do
