Bulk email marketing

I’m not sure if I’m wording this right. But I want to add an input field on my website to join a mailing list. I would imagine that the email address they input would then automatically get added to an outgoing email list. I’ve been using formmail and CGI to recieve data such as contact info or invoices to my email. Now I’d like to know if and how the mailing list is possible. Can anyone help or point me to a website that would have that info? Thank you very much!!

I am systems administrator and i would like to get a software that we will email me instantly if a paticular program runs because i am being faced by a problem where by some people put keyloggers on my network and get other peoples password for their repective emails. So i want that software where by whenever that particular keylogger runs it notifies me via email. Thanks

I am creating an HTML email to be sent out by another company, who we are renting email addresses from. I just got the Adobe Masters CS3 collection and need to know which program is best for creating it. The email blast will be fairly basic, just a simple newsletter clickable to our website. I was think Dreamweaver is my best option - but want to get more experienced opinions.

The ultimate goal is to send our prospective customers an email that has a built in form where they can request additional information or a follow-up phone call. I don’t want to have to have them hyperlink to our info request form on the web page - I want them to be able to fill out the form directly from the email…

i want to send an email blasts to my clients for christmas. but yahoo has no feature for graphics, help!

I have to design an html email and after I am done the person I am working with needs the html source code to paste into the email blast service they are using. In what program should I design this html email in…it looks like an ad…can I use photoshop or should I use dreamweaver and fireworks or illustrator. How does that work. Please somebody help.

I’ve tried following the stock directions, but it’s not working. I have several sites hosted simply to get the template out on the web to use as the background for email blasts for a volunteer organization. I often receive error messages about the URL being too long, or the file location already being used. I’m hoping a kind soul will be able to walk me through it or can help me with some troubleshooting.

I need a software (not PHP codes) to create a PHP file to attach attachments from an HTML form and sends them to email and/or leaves then on the surver. Do you know of any good software, such as Forms To Go, etc.. that allows me to do this. Your help is appreciated.

I have a list of email addresses, about 500, all with consent to be emailed, which I would like to email about a building product I’m marketing. But I’ve heard of people’s email accounts getting blocked when sending lots of emails and I don’t want this happening to me.

How do I prevent my account from being blocked?
What are the limits on sending bulk emails?
Who decides that an account is being used for spam? The ISP or the hosting company that hosts the mailbox?

If i run a script to send more than 200 emails at a time any emails that are going to hotmail accounts get delivered to junk. I then have to wait about an hour before I can run the script again (sending to differnet emails) or the hotmail emails will go to junk. If i try and send more than 500 emails at a time hotmail email addresses stop being delivered altogether.
A site like myspace and facebook that must send millions of emails a day to hotmail accounts always get delivered to inbox… how do they do it? have hotmail simply whitelisted them? Is there a way to send bulk email without hotmail preventing it from being delivered…thanks to any reponders.
