How to get off Yahoo Mail’s SPAM block (for our legitimate, non-bulk email)?
Our customers that are using Yahoo Mail are having all our emails sent to their spam folders. This is wrecking havoc on our business – they do not receive our invoices and other critical emails – most are not aware of spam blocking and never check their spam folder.
We have implemented SPF and DomainKeys yet all the mails have a header “X-YahooFilteredBulk”.
How can we resolve this situation with Yahoo Mail? Surely there is a process for getting us off your list?
We never send bulk emails – the emails always have less than five recipients, usually just one. We DO have images and links in some of our emails and some are sent automatically from a PHP program.
Thanks!

Most our customers are “new” (non repeat) and the emails getting spammed are our first contact. Plus most users are completely unaware of yahoo’s agreesive filtering or how to put us on a whitelist. So we’re looking for a way to get off Yahoo’s spam list in the first place.
Why am I not receiving emails from a regular sender?
For the last 10 days or so, I’ve not received any of the email that a friend has sent me. I know she’s getting them, and she is responding, as there are 4 of us planning an event. So I can see when some responds to her response to me with a “reply all” that she has actually sent something. (there are about 12 messages like that). My email is correct in her response and her messages are not showing up in the bulk file. She’s not on my blocked email list, nor is she filtered out. In fact, I created a filter so she could get IN to my mailbox. What gives? Is this a yahoo thing, or one with her provider?

Uhm, I’ve stated it twice. She’s not on my blocked email list. I’ve also been through all of the help pages.
She’s not getting mail bounced back to her with any sort of error messages.
I need email address HELP?
I have a couple questions, & I need to write to Yahoo Answers customer service for help with my situations. I have tried SO MANY email addresses to try to get thru to them, but everything is being returned to me. Please, to help save my sanity, does anyone have an email address I can use that I know will go thru & not have it returned back to me again. I NEVER had so much trouble finding a simple blasted email address before. I need HELP, & would so APPRECIATE it if someone can come to my aid. THANK YOU emmencly for your help w/this.
Is T-mobile intentionally blocking email on the Samsung Blast?
I’ve had the Samsung Blast for 2wks. It downloaded Yahoo headers at the start, when I called T-mobile support with a problem viewing them, Yahoo stoppped working completely. My Other1 email was working fine until I told Willie @ tech support 425-396-4089 that it was. All of a sudden nothing worked. Sound suspicious? This issue needs to get to the press! Class action!
When I configured Other1 as Comcast , it worked perfectly until I told tech support that it was, and then mysteriously it stopped working immediately.
Help! I can’t email from my school and I’m starting online college so that’s a big problem?
I have a Yahoo! mail account and have not had a problem with getting mail from anyone before. I’ve been in contact with 3 different personel at the college all of which i can not recieve emails from unless the send it through their personal Yahoo emails. needless to say it’s a big pain. i need this problem resolved soon, I start in 1 week and i know my teachers don’t want to deal with that hassle when I’m sure they have a bulk list of students they send the same emails to all at once
