Bulk email marketing

Hi,

I use Yahoo! Mail Plus and I’ve run into a problem when seraching (example: for a sender’s email) just within the last few weeks. Prior to that time, a serach would return all emails from (example) john.doe – no matter how far back in time. Recently, it only returns the last 3-6 matching emails or so.
I think part of the problem is size of my mailbox – I’ve done a lousy job of managing it (lots of marketing emails, 1x or 2x per week, from hotels, airlines, WSJ, active.com, and lots of other services & marketers.) I’m ging to clean it up – but it may take me a weekend day as has reached 16k+ emails over 3 years.
Does anyone have an idea of what size (# of emails) – threshold – I have to get below in order for searches to once again return full results sets? (Btw, not seraching for content, just “senders” ususally).
Thanks very much for any ideas – don’t know what changed unless inbox finally passed some limit.

Whenever I go to my Yahoo email, I keep seeing the same three, yes three, adverts for Katy Perry, Soul Ja Boy, and The All American Rejects. I never get to see other adverts. Does Yahoo only have three adverts for their mail site?? I’ve sent the Yahoo customer service reps and their feedback folks my concern but now I only see those same three adverts on the top and sides of my screen. It’s really annoying because I won’t click on those adverts nor am I interested in those products. I **** these jerk-off marketers who think they know me and what I potentially will like. My tastes aren’t stagnent and change frequently – I am very wise to marketing so I am very careful about my consumer choices. Still, I would like to be able to change the adverts I see on my Yahoo Classic Mail screen. Any constructive suggestions??

I understand we can’t change those ads ourselves, they’ll be changed based on our clicking a particular advert and statistical analysis. Still, it would be nice to see different adverts than the three I’ve mentioned above.

Im having no many solicitors entering into my email. I don’t anything but personal mail coming to my inbox. only mail that i requested. Not only yahoo marketers, but all of them. I’m tired of them all.

All other boxes–Saved, Sent, Bulk, etc.–are fine. I tried restarting my computer, but that didn’t help. I don’t know what changed the width in the first place, and I don’t know how to get it back to the original width. Help!

There is a checkbox on the top line of your incoming mail. If you check it, then ALL message get a check mark and can be deleted as a group.
There is also a place at the bottom of the list that says CHECK ALL.
Neither of those place work anymore. Just stopped happening one day.

Is any free software available. At present I am sending mails through Yahoo only one by one.
Actually its not spam mail. They are the one who are listed as group & Is there any free software available at present.

For instance, I used to get certain mail which would automatically go to bulk but NOW goes to the main mail boxand vice versa. I want to move them to bulk mail but the system won’t let you. What can you do next?

Yahoo has just updated Classic Mail to be more like New Mail. The bulk mail folder has been renamed spam like in new. Someone just wrote to me indicating they still had a bulk mail folder. How is that possible?

my parents have yahoo mail right, well they don’t like it cuz of the advertising and all of marketing emails. they blocked all spam, but well…they get it in their inbox! how do marketers get your email and how can you block them? thanks!

When I check my inbox or bulk mail, where the Sender, Recipient, Subject, Date, and Size.is located below the delete box. How do I get rid of the recipient portion. I am a very novice user. I am sure there is someone who can help me with this. I have other emails addresses and they don’t show it. Thank you in advance for your help. Ken
