Where can I find bulk poppy seeds in the Los Angeles area?

I’ve tried a dozen markets and no luck. Online searches come up empty. I can order them online, but I prefer to buy locally if I can.

Where can vendors find high fashion clothing and accessories, in bulk, in the Los Angeles Market District?

A local business owner has offered to tell me the “secret” for $20.

She claims the prices are cheaper than wholesale, cheaper than vendor supplier magazines, and cheaper than closeout situations, in which freight is bought by the pound.

But, I’m skeptical as to whether this is such a big secret.
