lets say for instance you are in the middle of a huge litigation matter. You want to handle the matter and it is taking the bulk of your time so you decide you need a paralegal to handle the 5 claim summaries that need to be drafted and put in a PI brochure. But there is the headache of posting an ad, interviewing, paying hourly etc. then the firing or termination.
If you could hire a paralegal to handle the claim summaries as projects and pay the paralegal per project, would you? And lets say for a PI claim with medicals at 15,000 or less, how much would you pay? 150? 175? A discount for 3 or more…
