How long are pickled daikon radishes good?



My husband has a ton of dishes we can make with pickled daikon radishes. He’s half Japanese but can’t remember if they keep for long or not because they never stayed long in his house. Today I went to a different asian market and bought some in bulk. I was wondering, it seems they’d last a long time since they are pickled but does anyone know how long they are good for or the best way to store them?

Where can I buy dumplings/pot stickers in bulk online?



I live in a small town and the closet international market is 2 hours away. I have checked our closet Wal Mart with no luck. Can anyone tell me where I buy Chinese dumplings or as they are called in the states pot stickers.

Making italian sausage out of bulk sausage?



Every month I go to the butcher and get a package full of meat for the month. Included in it is a couple pounds of bulk sausage. It’s horrible because it has nothing added to it. Its just plain sausage. Ick. Anyways, how would I make ” italian ” sausage with it? What do I add in?? I normally buy the bulk italian sausage at the market when I need it but I thought maybe I’d try to do something with this icky sausage I have now.
