I am currently stacking with No Xplode and Animal Stak. A good weight lifting routine to bulk up?
I want to bulk up a little and I need a routine. I **** doing leg workouts so I just do light jogging every now and then. I need to build my upper body. I have a bench at my house, a bunch of weights, a french curl bar, a regular barbell and a pull up bar. I just want a good upper body workout that I can do with the equipment I just listed. How often should I do the workout? I am taking whey and creatine to help bulk. I am wondering what upper body routine I can do that will also benefit from the creatine. Any suggestions?
Which is better p90X or the abercrombie workout?
I am a male model and my agency has requested that i bulk up to the standard Abercrombie & Fitch model physic. My agent told me to check out abercrombieworkout.com as a lot of the abercrombie models have been using this or similar workout regiments for years. I have a lot of experience with different workout routines and I am currently doing BOTH the p90X and insanity workouts sold by beachbody.com I start every morning with the p90X yoga X routine for an hour and a half, followed by the p90X ab ripper X. I do the ab ripper 3 times and then move on to the Official p90x routine of the day ie Shoulders & Arms, Chest & Back, etc…Then Depending on what i have scheduled that day i either do the Insanity routine immediately after, or I wait until late afternoon early evening to do the insanity, as i feel like the p90x does not provide enough cardio. This has been working well for about a year and i’m hesitant to switch my routine. However i have noticed the speed at which i add muscle has dramatically reduced since i started the routine. I have most of the necessary equipment in my home gym to do any regiment i want so that is not an issue, I’m just concerned that switching workouts may not work as well as my agent suggests. I’d like some feedback regarding the Pro’s and Cons of each regiment, and simply if you were me what would you do?
There’s also the possibility that I could incorporate a combination of sets from each routine. I am less concerned with the cardio aspect as I can always do an extra insanity drill If more cardio is needed. My primary objective is simply to gain muscle while maintaining a low body fat % (it’s currently about 5-7%) so that i can broaden my potential for future employers.
If you think i should add or swap part of the abercrombie workout into my current regiment please include what excersize’s to add and take away ie swap pullups for lat pull downs, or do one less ab ripper X and do the abercrombie ab routine

Also I am currently using NO2black and Ce2Hidef by MRI (i buy them at GNC) The abercrombie workout suggests using gaspari’s SIze on instead of the CE2 and lists some additional supplements i’m not taking anything for at all if you have any experience with any of the listed supplements please let me know how well they work and if you’d advise me to use them or if you think the gaspari products are better than MRI or if they paid abercrombie to tell their models to use their product and it’s just a marketing ploy. Also GNC just came out with a new creatine supplement GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Creatine 189™ supposedly better than any creatine supplement on the market, anyone have any experience with that vs other creatines?

Weight Lifiting Supplements?
Are there any body building supplements that anyone recommends besides creatine and protein? I am currently taking Cell-Tech and Myoplex. I want to change up my supplementation by decreasing my creatine intake by half. There are so many things on the market and I would like to know what results people have had with other stuff. I don’t need to bulk up, I would like to harden up. My body fat is around 9% and I’d like to get down to 5%. Any help?
any good supplements for gaining weight?
1st. I dont want to gain weight through mass training.
I want to gain around 15lbs so I have enough meat to gover the bones. And Im not looking for a bulky gym look either. More of a normal healthy human look.

I’ve seen some on the market but they all promise to bulk more muscle mass white cutting fat. Thats the problem I dont need something to cut fat, I have a very skinny waist. Looking buff and having a cherio size waist isnt my thing.
Like for ex: the steroid shot doctors give you when you get in serious accident helps your immune system to recover faster but its also guilty for making ppl gain weight all the sudden. The kind of weight they can never lose.
So is there anything close to this since no doctor will give me a steroid shot for gaining weight. Anything on the market with high hormones that make you gain weight? Is anabolics one of them?

Hello, i currently have been lifting for two years and train mma. i am about 5’9″-5’10″ at about 155lbs. I want to gain more muscle mass and be around 170-185lbs. I would mostly like to be 185. how can i achieve this. can you list a sample bulk up diet? i train 5 days a week (3 days upper body and 2 days lower body)

What is a good dietary supplement for lifting?
I am 16 and a pole vaulter. The season ends in 3 weeks, and I have joined a gym to do off season lifting. I want to get stronger and more bulk and I need advice on diet supplements. I don’t want to do anything that will harm me such as creatine or steroids. But, I don’t really know what’s on the market and whats good and whats bad. Any advice would be great.
