Avid runner. My blood pressure is 172/76. Should I be worried?

On my trips to the market I always stop to measure my BP. I seem to always be around 180 sys, and 80 dys. My heart rate is usually extremely low at 44. Should I be worried?

Just a little background information, I’m an avid runner. I run four times a week. I vary my intensity levels from hill running to jogging long distance to sprints. I generally run at least 3 miles per run though regardless of intensity training. I also play tennis on the weekends. I suppose I’m frustrated because I can never seem to get my systolic low. I have a larger build though and weigh 215 lbs and 6′ high. Would losing bulk help these numbers?
Hmmm I may not be remembering my readings correct then. I personnaly feel like I’m in great shape and I have no problem running long distances. thanks for the help. If I get the same readings on my way home tonight, I’ll go see a doctor. Thanks for the replies.

Weight Lifiting Supplements?

Are there any body building supplements that anyone recommends besides creatine and protein? I am currently taking Cell-Tech and Myoplex. I want to change up my supplementation by decreasing my creatine intake by half. There are so many things on the market and I would like to know what results people have had with other stuff. I don’t need to bulk up, I would like to harden up. My body fat is around 9% and I’d like to get down to 5%. Any help?
