PLEASE HELP ME THIS COMPANY EAT MY 7500USD

I am from Hong Kong My name is ******* I was fraud by one of Greece company name kotsovolos. Also have their Website www.kotsovolos.gr and the guy email is electronicsexpert@hotmail.com his name is Mr. Junous and I see their advertisement on many websites so one day I was searching and I come to know their adverisment on this site http://www.mcafeesecure.com/us/mcafee-certified-sites.jsp?c1=1&c2=17&s=75 this is their advertisement. On your website i told them i want to buy 2unites one iphone 3G 16gb and one ipod touch 32gb and pay them 595usd. and they promise to ship my item after payment but I was asked to buy 4units more iphone and 4unites more ipod touch and say his company just sell 10pcs. i said ok no problem i pay them. then they agree to ship my item and next day he said he will send me 27units as he trust me and i can pay after i recieve. but nothing arrieve and they asked me for money of that 27 units.

i pay him 60% then they asked me he will ship but he didn’t ship my items. and ask me for full money and say last payment and i give him my everything but nothing arreive. then later he ask me to pay insurance and custom which is 1340usd. but when i refuse as it wasn’t include in our deal. then he told me not to ship my item then i have already pay him so much then i thought to pay him one more time and ask him to pay half i pay him around 500usd and later he told me to pay full and that mean another 1000 which is 1500usd before he say it’s 1340usd. So it shows he is liar but I say ok I don’t want to loss my 6500usd for just 1000usd more.

then i say no problem i pay him 1000usd more the final money. but i got is nothing from them. he didn’t ship even a single phone to me and refuse and ask me and ask me to pay more 1300usd more which is unreasonable.

This is what which got me so serious I almost lost my 7500usd in that company my all life saving. and got nothing. I go to hong kong police for help they almost write down my report and asked me not to pay him anymore. Now I am writing this to inform media websites not to post his advertisement and also writing to get attention so that people should be awear of this company fraud.

ive seen people selling bulk items(ipods or phones) in bulks of 10 for cheap but next thing I know the item isnt listed long enough before they get the boot. Ive seen it happen many a time.
What part of the ebay policy does this come under? I thought you could only get kicked off if you were selling counterfeit stuff,tobacco,alcohol,gambling stuff etc.

Is the cost of stamps reflecting the cost of the postal system ? How much should stamps cost us for first class ? If the stamps I buy are currently .39 then how come I still get a mass of junk mail ? Are junk mailers not paying there .39 to sent me there trash ? How soon will stamps be 2 for $1 ?

I just started doing internet marketing which means I dont have the money to pay for leads yet,so I need to know are there any free email list/directory web sites out there?

How do you do a mass mailing? How do you edit templates? On Microsoft word. Also how do you do an email blast to an entire address book?
Also how do you edit templates in Outloook?

I own a import company, I travel to Asia often and have a huge network of factories that I work with. How do I let companies in the states know? I can get almost anything, and blow out the prices they have them for here. My only stipulations are they need to be in bulk. What is the best way to market my services on a limited budget?

It involves marketing a product, in a membership to the Bulk (solicited) Mailer*, which effectively legalizes it. The way that it is set up, it could go through one rotation in as little as three months.
Essentially, to elaborate on my question, I am looking for what I could add or take away from it to make it more popular. (other than the legal disclaimers towards the top that my lawyer insists that I keep in) Only constructive criticism, please. I am simply asking only for both a fair and constructive critique. Also, I have engineered my web page (see link above please) for new members signing up to the Bulk (solicited) Mailer to not be brought to the sign up page prior to after they have paid their sign up fee. Thank you in advance for your input. *The Bulk (solicited) Mailer is a service which sends marketing e-mails to only those who have signed up to receive them.
I would like to clearly point out a second time that I am marketing a product called the Bulk (solicited) Mailer which sends mailings only to those who have signed up to receive great offers. Yes, this is modeled after a popular scheme out there.
Once again, what effectively legalizes this particular version is that it involves selling a product. Only after purchasing a membership to the Bulk Mailer does one get directed to the Bulk Mailer sign up page. There is also a fail safe in that the various moderators take anyone off of the downline list that attempts to join the downline without paying for a license to market the Bulk Mailer and without signing up (without paying to do so). Please read the details in their entirety before jumping to conclusions. I have gotten a good laugh or two from the various illegal versions of the “40K in Your PayPal account” scheme.
Then it dawned on me, why not alter this so that it is redesigned to market an actual product?
