Bulk email marketing

I have a list of email addresses I regularly send email to, and I want to remove one of the contacts from that list without deleting the entire contact.

The list is condensed into one address, I have Yahoo mail, I would like to send my bulk mailing list to another persons computer so she can email the same people.

My job is bent on doing things the longest way possible. I need to streamline the work to make it smoother and take up less time. I need one program that I can enter all the names, address, phone numbers, emails etc. Then be able to pull from that data to do email blasts, create lables and/or print directly to envelope. Right now they have a bootleg doc setup with margins and have the data typed into each box. HELP!

I need separate email lists so I can send mailings to former classmates for class reunion without having to send to my entire email list or adding classmates and checking everyone else off.

Most recipients don’t want to be included in emails where their addresses are made public and it is too timely to e-mail individually.

I am trying to add a group of people to my contacts that I have received emails from and instead of individually adding them I would like to add them en masse.

I have over 30 bulk email categories. I’m used to sending bulk mailouts thru my yahoo address book but this time it won’t let me. I click my draft email, click on insert addresses, and when I click “categories”, I get an “error or page” message. What’s wrong?
