I hear a lot about muscle milk and other protein shake mixes… what is the best one on the market. I know protein is protein but as far as results and taste what would you suggest? I am currently stacking with No Xplode and Animal Stak. I have been working out for about a month now and have gotten some great core muscle now its time to bulk up a bit and gain some weight and muscle mass. I appreciate your help!

I prefer Muscle Milk. It has the best taste.
I would go with an all natural chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives. Also, focus on your whole food proteins as well to keep your nutrition balanced. Stay positive and good luck
Muscle Milk tastes ok, a little bit like chemicals though. I was using Optimum whey for awhile, but it just became kind of a pain in the a$$. I got tired of making the shakes, cleaning the blender, etc. I’ve been taking a pill called xtremeno, helped me gain about 5 pounds of solid muscle in about a month. It has some sort of Nitric Oxide booster which helps recovery after workouts. Either way, I take it with muscle milk after most of my workouts. Check it out here:
