My bulk mail is always full of unwanted mail even though I delete it all the time.
I do not even want these in my BULK mail. I don’t bother to even read anything, I just click all & delete them! Why do we even allow them into our computer? Can we not block unwanted mail? Ocassionally there is something that I do want to read, but it is mixed in with all the ‘mush’. Unclick them & read later.
This facility is available at least on Yahoo and Hotmail.
jjust ignore the Bulk place. why do you have to delete all. Yahoo clears it every week and it does not count in your total mail storage! So just dont care about the Bulk. In case a bulk mail comes to your inbox, then check that mail and then simply click on “Spam”. It helps yahoo to perform better too.
after you marked these mails as spam. Don’t mind and don’t delete them if they are in bulk. You waste time when doing that ( in yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail, these spams don’t count as your emails. so, they don’t affect on your store)
create filters. In yahoo mail go to options > mail options > Filters
Click on Add button to set a filter.
Give a name to your filter.
You can create filters for the subject text that you receive often. For example if you are receiving mail having viagra in the subject line. Then Add viagra in the text box in front of
Text-contains- type viagra here
Leave the match case unchecked.
There are also filter options for checking words in header, body, of mail.After that decide where the mail will go.
In your case select the folder named trash as below.
Then-Move The message To-select trash from the list.
Press Add Filter button when done.
You can set as many as 15 filters in yahoo mail.
