I located mail that was coming to me but going into my bulk mail. I added the address to my filter folder but the problem is still happening (the mail is still going into bulk mail). Could I have done something wrong? Do caps matter in the email address? I am in dire straits. I even got help from Yahoo! but this is happening after their help, when I thought the problem was fixed. Thanks all!

Go to the bulk folder and Click the mail–On the top click ‘Not Spam’ and the mail will automatically be routed to your Inbox..Remove any mail filters yo’ve set up.I think this might work!
