How can i unmark a sender that was marked as spam,and his mails don’t appear at all,not even in bulk or trash?

i accidentally marked Hi5.com as spam, and now i must receive an email from them, telling me how to reactivate my account but i don’t receive anything from them and theyr website is telling me that they’ve sent the mail each time. i want to see that mail

    If the email that you spammed is no longer in the Spam / Bulk folder, you can manually remove the address from the block list. Here’s how…
    If you use the New Yahoo Mail version (formerly known as Beta), go to Options > Mail Options > Spam. If you use the Classic version, go to Options > Block Addresses.
    Look for the address in the list of blocked addresses. The list is in num/alpha order. When you find it, select it and click Remove Block. You will then be able to receive emails from that contact as usual.

    2. If the message is deleted from bulk and even from trash, and if you have blocked the address, “Unblock” the address by following the steps given in

    3. If 1 or 2 do not apply to you, just add the address as a CONTACT in your address book.
    If you are using Yahoo! Mail Classic, click “Contact” tab in the Mail, & click “Add Contact” button, and enter the address & other details and click “Save”.
    You would start getting messages from that address.
    Steps for the New Yahoo! Mail are similar.
