You can’t. But you can go into “OPTIONS” and set your BULK folder to empty immediately, so you will never see it. I have mine set that way all the time, anyway.
You can go into “options” and shut it off but keep in mind it affects your inbox ability to receive certain mail items such as JPG’s and attachments etc! I did that for a while but I was unable to receive important inbox items sent to me.

You can’t. Just empty your bulk mail. Don’t bother opening it
