i accidentally hit empty on bulk mail and couldn’t stop in time to save. is there a way to retrieve?

I was expecting an e-mail from a car dealership.It didn’t appear in my in-box so I went to check my bulk mail and accidentally clicked on empty. I tried to stop it with no success so i am wondering if there is a way to retrieve what I emptied.How would I do this?

    Unfortunately you’re out of luck. Since Yahoo is a web based mail service, all deleted bulk is irretrievable, sry.

    Click on help and Support. Under Pick a Task select System Restore. You can then restore your computer to an earlier date and time. I hope you get your info back.
