Well man i know that whey protein shakes are really good, but my brother always in on me to eat right as well. He says that it’s the most important thing to is eat good, but whey is awesome. Whey protein is a soluble, easy to digest protein and is efficiently absorbed into the body. It is often referred to as a “fast” protein for its ability to quickly provide nourishment to muscles. He uses a chocolate flavor that tastes really good and is like $27 bucks for 5lbs. Pretty cool man
