Under the Spam Protection section of Mail Options there is an option about what to do with messages in the Bulk Mail folder that you mark as Not Spam, specifically whether or not to send them to the Inbox. I’ve always just sent them straight to the Inbox but the next time a message from that sender came it would always go right into Bulk Mail again. Where exactly is the Not Spam button and why can’t I find it?
How do I keep messages from a certain sender from being sent to Bulk without using a filter?

go back into your options for your emails ,and the spam protection tab,you will or should see it,,if you don’t ask a friend too locate it for you.
Next time you get one from that address, just behind where it show’s from address it should say add to address book.Click that and it will be in your address book and it won’t go to bulk anymore.
