What are the steps using Yahoo Mail to create an email list so as to send 1 msg. to many on the list?

I only wish to be able to send routine email to a group of contacts using Yahoo Mail only. I am not interested in creating a Yahoo or other group outside of Yahoo Mail. Any insight is appreciated.

    A “Distribution List” is used with the All New Mail (not with Classic Mail). Classic uses a “Category”
