Having worked for CB recently I can tell you that e-mail blasts are extremely negotiable and you can often get a steal on them right before the end of the month. They contract with another company to provide the service and if they have not met their limit they have a fire sale. Unfortunately, however, the e-mail blasts are not as effective as you may think.
