I have finally figured out that if you want to forward to a group of people you can create a list to do so. How can I remove just one name from the list and forward to the rest? I really don’t want to forward an email back to the person I just got it from!
When I try to remove just one person, the only thing I see is just the name of the list I have set up. I can’t see the individuals.
Highlight the name of the person you don’t want the email to go to and then push the “delete” button.
When you go through the address you want in your email you can click all. Then there is a checkmark by each name. Just uncheck the one you don’t want to send to.
