How do I transfer my list of email address in excel to outlook?



I have a large email list in MS Excel, I wish to import it to Outlook, How do i do this?

  1. Export any contact from Outlook to an Excel File. Go To Contacts > File > Import and Export. Follow the prompts to export and choose an Excel File.

    This will show you the format in which you need to place your information. Once you have aligned the appropriate information in the appropriate column, reverse the process.

    Go To Contacts > File > Import and Export. Follow the prompts to import and choose an Excel File. Nav to your file and select and import it.

    This process works very well. I do it frequently and have most of the bugs worked out.
