Need a bulk emailer for my newsletter?

Well my website is starting a newsletter campaign, and I need a good program to send it out with.

The reason it’s hard to find is that I don’t want it to use SMTP, but some other method.

    Log into your cPanel and find it there or contact the host support people to ask for assistance
