my yahoo mail=the bulk folder disaper from the list and becomed spam how to change it back?

i tried to turn off the spam no good

and nothing comes in the spam(i mean email)
some sites i register they sent to bulk but noting in the spam

    The spam and bulk mail folders are exactly the same. Yahoo renamed it in the Classic upgrade.
