where can I download a free bulk emailer?

All the ones I find they say free end up being a trial version with a limited number of emails to be sent. Do they make a truly free bulk emailer?

    Yea thats all the internet needs is another fool with a bulk emailing program to spam everyone and get his jollies doing it.
