how to send invites to facebook from my optimum email list?

I don’t have the email addresses in my contacts list in the outlook but just have the emails in my email drop down menu.

    Good Question Only way I know to send invites from FB is click on FRIENDS at the top of your HOME page and click on FIND FRIENDS…………. then u can upload a contact file or Type in your different Email accounts and ADD your CONTACTS that way… Hope this Helps………..xoxox Tonya
