As your site has an opt in list, and as such you are collecting emails from those who wish to receive email, I suggest This allows you to manage your email lists, use their great templates to make wonderful email and newsletters to send and so much more.
You really need to be careful about many email blasters that promise to send to people for you, yet these are emails that do not want your info and are causing spam. New laws in affect are cracking down on these folks, so best to go by the emails you collect legit wise
There are plenty, also hosted solutions. It all depends on your needs, your volume and your budget.
