where to sell Tourmaline?

I Found Tourmaline on my farm, and wanted to know where is the best place to market/Advertise these semiprecious stones?
I can only sell rough Black tourmaline in bulk. So please give me good advice, as to which “trading” sites can offer me the best deals, and serious buyers. Or if i have to for Joint ventures.
