I’m a hosting provider, yahoo puts all my emails in bulk but my server does bot generate spams?

My Server is an Exchange 2003 Enterprise with SP2. And it is closed to open relay. This server does not generate spam. And it pass well any test from dnsstuff. Can anyone tell me wy Yahoo send all email into bulk folder and how can I fix this?

    probably some one some where marked your emails as spam. contact yahoo and ask them for help.
