When I send an email to myself to check it out before sending it to others, why does it come in my bulk mail?

sending bulk email

When I later email it to others, it arrives in their inbox. Why would my own email to myself be treated as bulk mail?
My email address is already in my address book.

  1. Add your own e-mail address to your address book and all will be sorted.

  2. You must have a very good spam filter! Because it’s easy for spammers to make it look as if spam you receive is sent from your own mail account. By adding your address to your addressbook you will be able to receive mails you sent yourself, but you also might get some strange mailerdaemon notices in the future.
