It is not possible. Unlike normal folders, when you delete form the Bulk folder, it does not go into the trash but instead erases completely off of the system right away. You can try setting up a filter so that when a message comes from that e-mail address again, it will be sent to another folder, like your inbox, instead of the Bulk folder.
